AFK ArenaHow to Get the Most Free Diamonds in AFK Arena
AFK Arena banks rewards on its own while you are not playing, and Lilith publishes redemption codes very frequently. Those two quirks completely change how you save diamonds without spending money.
What is the fastest and most efficient way to get Diamonds in AFK Arena?
Diamonds are AFK Arena's premium currency and go mostly towards summons and expanding your progression systems. There is one detail worth getting straight, because it trips a lot of people up: the AFK chest, the one that fills on its own while the app is closed, does not hand out diamonds at all β it gives gold, hero's essence and experience, and it stops accumulating after twelve hours. Diamonds arrive by other routes: daily and weekly missions, progression modes, rankings and the codes the studio publishes.
Every day
- 100 diamonds on reaching the fourth chest of the daily panel
Activity chests from the daily missions
The daily missions do not pay out one by one; instead they add activity points that gradually open chests. The fourth of those chests hands over 100 diamonds, and getting there only takes the usual round: collect your AFK rewards, do a quick summon, fight in the arena, climb a tower floor and take part in guild activity. It is the steadiest source in the game because it depends on neither your combat power nor your ranking, only on ticking off the list. Skipping a day means losing a clean 100 diamonds.
- Daily reward by ranking, up to 80 diamonds at the top, plus the end-of-season payout
Arena of Heroes
The arena pays diamonds every day based on your position on the leaderboard, with up to 80 a day for whoever tops the table. Since the fights are against other players' formations and cost no resources, climbing a few places with your free attempts is worthwhile even if you are not aiming for the summit. When each season closes, after two weeks, an extra payout worth ten times your daily reward is handed out, so it pays to push positions right before the cutoff.
- Gold, hero's essence and experience; no diamonds, but it fuels everything that does pay them
Collecting the AFK chest every twelve hours
The AFK chest banks rewards while the game is closed, but it fills up after twelve hours and generates nothing beyond that point. Collecting it twice a day, morning and night, uses the full cycle. It does not hand out diamonds directly, which is why a lot of people undervalue it, but it is the engine that levels your heroes; and it is developed heroes that let you clear tower floors, push through the labyrinth and climb the arena, all of which do pay diamonds.
Every week
- 400 diamonds in the fourth weekly chest; around 1,100 a week with the dailies included
Weekly activity chest
The weekly panel works exactly like the daily one but with broader targets, and its fourth chest hands out 400 diamonds. Adding what the daily chests leave over seven days, a consistent player lands around 1,100 diamonds a week from missions alone. The weekly targets tend to fill themselves in if you do the dailies without fail, so the real work is already done; the common mistake is forgetting to claim the chest before the panel resets at the end of the week.
- Diamonds for every floor boss defeated and a final chest that can reach a thousand
Arcane Labyrinth
The labyrinth is a floor-by-floor run with blessings and relics between fights. Every floor boss you beat drops diamonds, and completing the run opens a final chest whose contents can reach a thousand diamonds on the higher difficulties. It is the mode that rewards planning the most: picking the right route, managing your heroes' carried-over health between rooms and not wasting relics determines how far you get. It is worth doing it carefully rather than improvising.
One time only
- Diamonds for clearing floors and bigger bundles at milestones like floors 100 and 110
King's Tower and the Towers of Esperia
The towers are one-time progression: every floor cleared pays diamonds, and certain milestones, such as floors 100 and 110, hand out notably larger amounts. The Towers of Esperia, one per faction, add more floors on the same scheme. Since they do not repeat, they work as a reserve you can unlock whenever your heroes are strong enough, and it is common to use them as a one-off push before a summon. Retrying a floor you are stuck on after upgrading your gear often unlocks several floors in a row.
Events only
- From a few thousand diamonds to bundles with scrolls and emblems, depending on the campaign
Lilith redemption codes
Lilith hands out codes frequently, usually timed to updates, events and collaborations, and announces them on its official channels. You redeem them at the cdkey.lilith.com/afk-global portal by entering your player ID and the verification code the game sends you. Codes are case-sensitive, so copy and paste rather than typing them out. Rewards do not land in your inventory but in the in-game mailbox, and they are lost if you do not claim them within 30 days. Plenty of codes expire within days.
What does not work
No generator can add Diamonds to your AFK Arena account: the balance is handled on the gameβs servers and there is no way to touch it from outside. If you arrived looking for one, we explain in detail how they work on the inside and why they always end the same way.

How do you redeem Lilith codes and how long do they last?
You enter them on the official cdkey.lilith.com/afk-global portal, not inside the game. You need your player ID and a verification code the game itself sends you. The codes are case-sensitive, so the safe approach is to copy and paste. Rewards arrive in the in-game mailbox, not your inventory, and expire if you do not claim them within 30 days. Many codes have a short life of just a few days, so redeem them as soon as they are announced.
How many free diamonds add up in a normal week?
Missions alone come to around 1,100: the 100 from the fourth daily chest multiplied by the days you complete, plus the 400 from the fourth weekly chest. On top of that comes whatever the arena ranking leaves, with up to 80 a day at the top and a payout of ten times that figure when each two-week season closes, plus whatever drops in the labyrinth and the codes the studio publishes.
Why does the AFK chest not hand out diamonds if the game is called AFK Arena?
Because its job is a different one: feeding hero development with gold, essence and experience while you are away, with a twelve-hour accumulation cap. Diamonds are reserved for activities that actually require decisions, like missions, arena, towers and the labyrinth. The relationship between the two is indirect but very strong: without the AFK chest your heroes do not level, and without developed heroes you cannot clear the floors or rankings that pay diamonds.
What few-minute daily routine yields the most diamonds?
Collect the AFK chest when you wake up and before you sleep so you use the full twelve hours, spend the arena's free attempts so you do not slip down the table, take part in the Wrizz and Soren guild bosses, whose chests hand out variable amounts of diamonds, and finish off your activity points up to the fourth daily chest. That locks in the day's 100 diamonds and puts the weekly targets on track without taking more than a few minutes.
