pitycalculator.com is designed to collect as little personal data as possible.

• Contact form: if you contact us, we collect your email address and message content solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Cookie consent: your cookie preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to our servers.
• Server logs: our hosting provider may retain standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security purposes for up to 30 days.

We do not collect names, payment data, or any other personal information during normal use of the calculator.

• Consent — contact form data processed only after you voluntarily submit it.

4. Data Retention

Contact form messages are kept only for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and deleted thereafter. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

The website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (San Francisco, CA, USA), which may process server logs on our behalf under a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement. We also use two services from Google LLC: Google Analytics 4, to measure aggregated and anonymous site usage, and Google AdSense, to display advertising. Google may set cookies and process usage data (such as approximate location, device and browser information, and pages visited) to provide these services and to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) and read more at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Analytics and advertising cookies are only activated with your consent where legally required (EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland). We do not sell your personal data.
