The Weapon Event banner has hard pity at 80 pulls and soft pity starting at pull 63. There is no 50/50 system: you have a 75% chance of getting one of the two featured 5★ weapons and a 25% chance of getting a standard pool weapon.
What is Epitomized Path and how does it work?
Epitomized Path lets you target one of the two featured 5★ weapons. Each time you get the other featured weapon you earn 1 Fate Point. At 2 Fate Points, your next 5★ is guaranteed to be your chosen weapon. Fate Points carry over between weapon banners.
How many pulls do I need to guarantee a specific weapon?
With an active Epitomized Path, the absolute worst case is 160 pulls: first hard pity (80) and you get the wrong weapon (1 Fate Point), second hard pity (80) and the Path guarantees your weapon. That equals 25,600 Primogems in the worst case.
Is weapon banner pity shared with character banner pity?
No. Weapon Event banner pity is completely independent from Character Event and Standard banners. Each banner type has its own counter.
Do Fate Points from Epitomized Path expire?
Fate Points don't expire between weapon banners of the same type, but they DO disappear when the banner ends if you don't choose the same weapon in the next banner. Always check your Epitomized Path at the start of each weapon banner.
