Hard pity at 70 pulls, soft pity starting at pull 50. 50/50 system: when a weapon SSR drops, there is a 50% chance it is the featured weapon. If you lose the 50/50, the next weapon SSR is guaranteed to be the featured weapon (worst case: 140 pulls). Weapon banner pity is independent from character banner pity.
