Umamusume's Support Card banner uses the same system as the Trainee banner, but for training cards. Each Scout costs 150 Carats, with a fixed 3% rate for SSR Support Cards. The exchange at 200 Exchange Points guarantees the featured card. The pool and points are completely separate from the Trainee banner.

What are Support Cards in Umamusume?
Support Cards are training cards equipped in training mode to boost your Trainee's stats and skills. They are a system separate from the playable Uma Musume.
Is pity shared between Trainees and Support Cards?
No. Each banner has its own pool and its own Exchange Points: redeeming 200 points on the Support Card banner doesn't affect or get affected by your progress on the Trainee banner.
How much does a full SSR Support Card exchange cost?
200 Scouts × 150 Carats = 30,000 Carats, same as the Trainee banner. The 3% base rate and lack of soft pity are also identical.
What happens to Support Card Exchange Points if I don't reach 200?
They convert into Clover Points when the banner ends, same as the Trainee banner. There is no way to keep Exchange Point progress between different banners.
