The Mileage system accumulates 1 point per pull: at 200 points you can directly redeem the featured Hero, and Mileage carries over between consecutive rate-up banners.

Does Outerplane have soft pity?
No. Unlike Genshin or HSR, Outerplane keeps the 3★ rate flat at 3% throughout the streak, with no gradual increase. The only guarantee is Mileage at 200 pulls.
Does Mileage carry over between banners in Outerplane?
Not entirely lost: since the June 2023 update, leftover Mileage carries over to the next rate-up banner instead of being lost or converted into a separate item.
