Path to Nowhere uses Arrest Warrants to recruit Sinners of S-Rank. Hard pity at 80 pulls, with soft pity from pull 50 (rate rises from 2% to 6%). The 50/50 system gives you a 50% chance of the featured Sinner; if you lose it, the next S-Rank is guaranteed. Each Recruit costs 160 Arrest Warrants.

Frequently asked questions about pity in Path to Nowhere
What are Sinners in Path to Nowhere?
Sinners are the S-Rank playable characters in Path to Nowhere, the game's highest rarity. They are recruited using Arrest Warrants on event rate-up banners.
How does the 50/50 work in Path to Nowhere?
When you get an S-Rank Sinner on an event banner, there is a 50% chance it is the featured one. If it is not (you lost the 50/50), the next S-Rank you pull on that banner is guaranteed to be the featured Sinner.
How many Arrest Warrants do I need in the worst case in Path to Nowhere?
Worst case (losing the 50/50 and hitting hard pity twice at 80) you need 160 pulls = 25,600 Arrest Warrants. On average, with soft pity from pull 50, significantly fewer are needed.
What is the difference between the event and standard banner in Path to Nowhere?
The event banner has a 50/50 system with a guarantee after losing. The standard banner has no 50/50: any S-Rank obtained can be anyone from the permanent pool, with no guarantee of a specific Sinner.
Does pity carry over between banners in Path to Nowhere?
The pity counter is maintained within the same pool type (event or standard), but it is not shared between an event banner and the standard one.
