Injustice 2How to Get the Most Free Credits in Injustice 2
In Injustice 2 Mobile gems can be earned by playing, but almost always as one-off payouts. The daily trickle exists and is modest, so the key is not wasting what you get.
What is the fastest and most efficient way to get Credits in Injustice 2?
Injustice 2 Mobile runs on two main currencies. Credits are the working resource: they pay for gear upgrades, talents, level-ups and purchases in the league shop. Gems are the premium currency and are used for hero crates, energy refills, resetting arena attempts and refreshing the shard showcase. The game hands out gems in a controlled way: milestones, daily objectives and season rewards. There is no infinite source, which is why saving matters more than speed.
Every day
- A small handful of gems a day, plus energy and credits
Daily objectives
This is the stable source of gems for a free account. Every day a list of short tasks appears β fight a number of matches, use simulator chips, level up a hero β and their rewards include gems, energy, credits, chips and experience capsules. The list resets every twenty-four hours and there is a visible timer on the objectives screen. Claiming everything takes a few minutes, so it is worth logging in even when you are not going to play a long session.
- Shards, gear and credits that unlock gem-paying achievements
Normal and heroic campaign
Campaign fights use preset teams across two difficulties. Heroic opens once you clear normal and guarantees a shard of the featured hero plus better-tier gear. If you finish a heroic fight with all three characters alive you earn three stars and can then replay it with simulator chips, although the team gains no experience that way. It does not pay gems directly, but it is the engine that keeps completing the achievements that do, and duplicate gear becomes upgrade material.
Every week
- League credits, shards, gear and orbs
Leagues: raids and team missions
Joining an active league opens up raids against Brainiac and his sub-bosses, with three teams of three heroes per player per day. Completing the raid within the time limit hands out league credits, shards and gear pieces, with a chance at orbs. League missions are collective objectives that reward every member, and they have to be claimed while they are still active. Trading shards between teammates speeds up promotions. It is not a gem route, but it saves an enormous number of them by removing the need to buy shards.
One time only
- The biggest gem payouts on the account, non-repeatable
Progress achievements
Achievements are one-off rewards for reaching specific goals: finishing campaign fights, winning in the arena, promoting heroes or completing raids. Claiming one usually reveals another with the same goal extended and a bigger prize, so they form a ladder. In the first few weeks they account for most of the gems you will see, especially as you work through campaign mode. It is worth checking the tab often, because completed achievements do not pay out on their own and it is easy to leave them stacked up unclaimed.
Events only
- Credits on every day you take part and gems when the season closes
Arena seasons
In the arena you face teams built by other players but controlled by the AI. Every day you take part you receive credits, and when the season ends you collect the bundle matching your bracket in the standings, which includes shards, credits, medals and gems. There are also score milestones during the season. The first fight of the day gives double points, and each hero has five daily attempts by default. Everything is collected from the inbox once the season closes.
- Class shards and prismatics based on your placement
Arena of Champions
It unlocks at account level 30 and pits your best team directly against other players' teams. During the event you pick opponents ranked up to three places above or below you, and winning adds season points: the better ranked the opponent, the more points it delivers. Rank prizes include class shards and prismatics that appear in no other mode, although they do not work for legendary heroes. This is content for accounts that are already established.
What does not work
No generator can add Credits to your Injustice 2 account: the balance is handled on the gameβs servers and there is no way to touch it from outside. If you arrived looking for one, we explain in detail how they work on the inside and why they always end the same way.

What is the best way to spend gems on a free account?
The most profitable approach is usually saving them for event hero crates featuring characters you need, rather than spending them on small conveniences. Refreshing arena attempts or resetting the shard showcase costs gems and turns into a trickle that drains your balance without leaving lasting progress. Energy refills only pay off if you are finishing an event with a closing date.
How long does it take to feel the effect of daily objectives?
The daily payout is small on its own, so the effect is measured in weeks. The combination that works is claiming the objectives every day and letting that progress complete achievements, which are what release large amounts at once. An account that logs in daily and finishes off achievement tiers builds up far more than one that plays long sessions sporadically.
What role do credits play compared with gems?
Credits are the real day-to-day bottleneck: they pay for gear levels, talent rolls and purchases in the league shop. They come from the arena, raids, campaign and daily objectives, and they are consumed very quickly when upgrading several heroes at once. That is why it is better to focus spending on a short, well-chosen team rather than spreading it across the whole roster.
Why does belonging to an active league matter so much?
Because it concentrates resources you would otherwise have to buy. Raids hand out league credits, shards, gear and the orbs needed to promote heroes, collective missions reward every member, and trading lets you request shards for characters you have already unlocked. An inactive league leaves all of that unused, so moving to a group that funds raids regularly changes your rate of progress completely.
